A cancellation.
A new opportunity.

A student needs an earlier lesson. An instructor has an opening. RouteOS brings the two together using saved availability, compatible bookings or unused paid package lessons, and the travel checks that make a driving-school timetable work.

Ask what matters now.
Keep the record ready.

A first-time learner, permit holder and licensed refresher student should not see the same form. RouteOS uses the student’s starting point and school location to ask for the information needed at that stage, then keeps later requirements visible to the office.

Under control.

A student needs a lesson record or help arranging a next step. The office needs to follow the request through. Give work outside the lesson calendar a clear owner, a working-hour deadline, and a place where students can see their progress.

Everyone stays in the loop.

Booking details matter after the calendar fills. RouteOS lets schools configure messages around appointment events, including confirmations, upcoming-lesson reminders and changes, with each channel depending on the school’s connected notification setup.

Available is a start.
Clean is a better day.

Travel checks answer “Can we get there?” Clean Slots asks a different question: “Which start times make sense for the way we teach?”

Give the day a sensible rhythm.

A lesson needs teaching time and breathing room. Clean Slots uses the lesson duration and the instructor’s before-and-after buffers to shape the start times offered within already eligible time.

01

Travel Availability

Check the journey from the previous lesson and on to the next commitment, with the pickup area, available time and buffers.

02

Clean Slots

Offer a deliberate cadence inside feasible availability. Where supported by the travel check, a start can also be anchored neatly before the next lesson.

03

Travel Diagnostics

Let staff inspect the estimated drives, time left after buffers and any spare or missing minutes behind a proposed booking.

Students see the options your school enables. Staff can inspect the decision and use the configured All/Clean view in Quick Order.

Built around the whole school day.

A student’s next step affects what they can book. An instructor’s route affects when they can teach. An office request needs a person to carry it through. These are connected parts of the same operation.
