For students
Tell the school when an earlier lesson works, receive relevant invitations, and make the final choice. Preferences and alert channels remain manageable from the student account.
A student needs an earlier lesson. An instructor has an opening. RouteOS brings the two together using saved availability, compatible bookings or unused paid package lessons, and the travel checks that make a driving-school timetable work.
Follow a Wednesday opening from the student’s preferences to the instructor’s calendar. Each stage has a purpose: find a suitable match, explain the offer, and confirm the time only when the student accepts and the checks still pass.
Maya can take a lesson on Wednesday afternoons. During booking, she turns on opening alerts, chooses her days and time ranges, selects lesson types, and chooses email or text. She can update those preferences in her account. The whole lesson must fit her window, so an available start time alone is not enough.
Alex’s Wednesday lesson is cancelled. RouteOS checks the usable opening against students who opted in. Maya has an eligible unused lesson in a fully paid package. Her availability fits, and the proposed lesson must also pass current booking rules, student conflict checks, resource availability and the required travel checks. A student available only from 2:30 would not fit this opening.
For lesson types enabled for automatic offers, RouteOS can contact eligible students in small groups. Maya receives a time-limited invitation showing the instructor, lesson, time and location. The review explains that accepting will use one of her unused package lessons. She can confirm, decline this offer or pause alerts. Reading the message or opening its link does not schedule anything.
When Maya confirms, RouteOS checks that the offer is still valid, the time remains available and the booking can still be fulfilled. A successful confirmation schedules the lesson against her existing package. Alex sees the appointment in the normal calendar, and the office sees the outcome. If another booking has taken the opening, the offer cannot silently force it through.

Tell the school when an earlier lesson works, receive relevant invitations, and make the final choice. Preferences and alert channels remain manageable from the student account.
See waiting students, saved availability, future bookings, unused package lessons and pickup readiness. Review each opening, refresh matches and follow offer responses without rebuilding the list by hand.
Receive confirmed lessons through the existing calendar, with the proposed timing and required travel checked. Compatible earlier moves keep the same instructor, lesson type, duration and location.
Filling one opening should not create an avoidable hole elsewhere. RouteOS checks where a future lesson sits in its original day and excludes moves that would pull a lesson from between two others. Its ordering considers supported unused package lessons, the shape of the original day, waiting time and recent offers.
An offer can move a compatible future appointment earlier or schedule an eligible unused lesson from a fully paid supported package. The student sees which action they are accepting. A package offer uses a lesson already purchased, while an earlier move leaves the original booking in place until confirmation succeeds.
Choose eligible lesson types, minimum notice and automatic-offer settings. Staff can review candidate order, send the next group, check matches again, and pause or stop an opening’s offers. The activity history keeps responses visible. Openings that need more information remain available for office review.
No. Students opt in to alerts and explicitly accept an individual offer. They can decline or pause alerts. Their existing appointment stays in place until a move is confirmed, and an unused package lesson is scheduled only after acceptance.
They can save availability for enabled lesson types. To receive a bookable offer, they need an eligible source: a compatible future appointment or an unused lesson in a fully paid supported package. Saving availability does not purchase a lesson or guarantee an offer.
Yes. Automatic offers depend on the school’s enabled lesson types and ready booking and notification settings. The school controls notice requirements and offer groups, and staff can review or manage openings manually. A check that cannot be completed sends the opening back for review.
An opening needs an eligible student whose full lesson fits, with sufficient notice, suitable resources and any required travel verified. The student must also accept while the offer and time remain available. If those conditions are not met, the office can review the opening and its candidate results.
