Booking and appointment changes remain subject to the school's availability, eligibility and change policies. Payment choices depend on the options the school has enabled.

Guardian access requires a separate account and an accepted connection to the student. Supported conversations keep parents involved; the student remains the booking owner.

What can instructors do?

Instructors can view and manage their schedules, open lesson and student details, and chat with students and admins. Available actions follow the account's permissions.

Can students book lessons and pay invoices?

Yes. Students can book new appointments, manage eligible changes to existing appointments, review balances and pay due invoices. School availability, booking policies and enabled payment methods still apply.

How do parents take part?

Where guardian access is enabled, parents use a separate account and accept a connection to their student. They can participate in supported dependent conversations. This does not give them unrestricted access or the ability to book on the student's behalf.
