Chat or speak naturally.
Type a question or use live voice when enabled. Follow up in the same conversation, narrow your request and ask for an explanation. The agent works inside the staff workspace with the school and account you are signed into.
Ask about a student, find a lesson that fits, or follow the work waiting in the office. RouteOS Agent connects chat and voice to your school’s records and supported actions, so your team can understand the details and take the next step.
Find Alex a Tuesday lesson from the new pickup address.
This fits Alex’s saved availability, with a five-minute drive from the previous appointment.
Exact clean times. Travel checked on both sides.
Work with the records and actions already connected to your school.

Find the right student and bring together upcoming lessons, booking history, journey progress, requirements, package credits and balances. Open the relevant records and make supported contact or student-information updates with the appropriate staff permissions.
Read and update saved student availability. Lesson suggestions fit the full lesson, including selected extras, inside active availability for that service. If no applicable preferences are saved, the agent can clarify the student’s intended days and times.
Search native Clean Slots using instructor availability, student constraints and verified pickup addresses. Compare estimated drives before and after each option, then inspect the exact lesson times, adjacent appointments, gaps and buffers behind the recommendation.
Ask where an instructor is scheduled on a particular day. The agent can read permitted appointments and their pickup or school locations, alongside travel estimates. Working hours and time off add context when you need to plan the next lesson.
Review outstanding balances, invoices and payment history; check administrative tasks and their status; and carry out supported booking, rescheduling, task and record changes. Available actions follow the school’s enabled features and the staff member’s access.
A student wants a Tuesday lesson from a new pickup address. This fictional example shows how the agent can connect saved availability, clean lesson times and travel details before staff choose an option.
Ask for a Tuesday lesson from the student’s new address. The agent identifies the student, reads their active availability and checks the relevant service, instructor and lesson entitlement. Include any additional limits, such as avoiding lunchtime.
The agent verifies the full street address and searches the same native clean availability used by RouteOS scheduling. The selected pickup extras, travel checks and school pickup policy all apply. An unclear address needs clarification before the search continues.
In this example, the earlier option has a five-minute drive from the preceding appointment; the later option has a seven-minute drive. The agent also checks the journey to the next appointment and the available gaps, so the recommendation considers both sides of the lesson.
Review the student, instructor, pickup address, exact lesson times and price. When you ask the agent to book the selected option, RouteOS rechecks the current availability and booking rules. A successful action returns the saved booking details; a changed slot requires a fresh choice.
Illustrative example. Explore each step to see how the workflow connects. This demonstration does not change any school records.
Move from a student question to the relevant booking, balance or task. Keep the context together while you compare options, explain a result or make a supported update.
Use the access your school grants to understand the planned day, review permitted lesson details and see the travel context around appointments.
Bring schedules, balances and administrative work into one conversation. Staff access and the school’s configured rules continue to determine which records and actions are available.
The agent acts within the signed-in staff member’s school and record access. It checks permissions and current record state when using a tool. Enabled school features determine which actions it can offer.
Student availability, instructor hours, lesson requirements, credits, pickup rules and travel checks remain part of supported scheduling actions. A verified address outside the suggested pickup list can be used where the school’s policy permits it.
Supported changes return their outcome and relevant record details. If a slot, record or permission has changed, the agent must account for the current state. You can ask what was saved and return to the underlying school record.
RouteOS Agent is a staff workspace feature for schools where it is enabled. Chat, live voice and supported changes depend on the school’s configuration. Each staff member’s permissions determine the records they can access and the work they can perform.
Yes. It can read the student’s saved lesson availability and make supported staff edits. Active availability for the selected service is applied to the full lesson. These preferences also govern earlier-lesson alerts, so changing enrollment or notification channels has an effect the agent can explain.
It can verify a complete typed street address and use it where the school’s pickup policy allows. If the school requires one of its approved pickup points, that requirement still applies. Changing the address or pickup extras requires a fresh search because the feasible lesson times can change.
It shows planned appointment locations and estimated travel, rather than a live location feed. The current appointment record has one pickup/dropoff endpoint; it does not establish a separate dropoff address or the instructor’s location during an unscheduled gap.
