How is my monthly subscription calculated?
Start with the $499.00 monthly location price. Your membership includes one active location and one admin account, with no staff seats included. Each staff or instructor seat costs $99.00 per month, starting with the first seat. Each extra active location adds $499.00 per month. The calculator shows each subscription charge separately; applicable tax and connected-service usage are separate.
Who counts as a staff seat?
Staff seats cover instructors and team members with access to manage your school, including office staff, managers and additional administrators. The membership owner’s admin account is included and stays free even if the owner teaches. A staff member with an instructor profile counts once; student accounts do not count.
What counts as a location?
Each active location configured in your school counts toward the total. Pickup addresses and service-area boundaries are separate from your location count. Your membership includes 1 active location.
Are payment and messaging costs included?
This estimate covers your RouteOS subscription. Payment processing and connected services such as messaging, maps, AI and document checks can carry separate provider charges, depending on your setup and usage. Review the services your school needs during a walkthrough.
